Standard Delivery

Delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight and destination of your order.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) are prepared and dispatched the same day where possible.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Refunds & Returns Policy

If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide a suitable resolution. Refunds or store credits are only applicable to products that are damaged, defective, or missing at the time of delivery.
Reporting Time Limits
To help us resolve issues quickly and efficiently, all concerns must be reported within the following timeframes:
Non-perishable items: within 3 days of delivery
Perishable items: within 24 hours of delivery
Unfortunately, reports submitted outside these periods may not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Refund Processing
We may request clear photographs of the affected product(s) to support your claim
Approved refunds may be issued as:
A reversal to your original payment method, or
Store credit for future purchases
Refunds apply only to the affected item(s), not the entire order unless otherwise determined
Returns Policy
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Original delivery charges and return shipping fees are non-refundable
Returned products must be approved before shipment
