SME Afromarkt began with a simple mission: making authentic African groceries and ingredients more accessible across Germany.

For many Africans living abroad, food is more than a meal — it’s culture, memories, family, and connection to home. Yet finding genuine African products in Germany can often be difficult, inconsistent, or expensive.

We created SME Afromarkt to change that.

Our goal is to reconnect people with the flavours they grew up with, while also introducing African cuisine to new homes and communities across Germany who want the authentic experience — not imitations.
